Graduate Training in Physiology

Research in Physiology at the University of Toronto has a long and illustrious history. The discover of insulin by Banting and Best in the Department of Physiology prolonged and improved the lives of millions of people worldwide and led to the award of a Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine.
