Description:  Systems approach to physiology of marine mammals in their aquatic environment. Highlights unique features of cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, urinary, and reproductive systems. Introduces relevant physiology, and makes comparisons to human condition and disease.

Prerequisites: BIO120H/BIO130H/BIO150Y/CHM138H/CHM151Y or equivalent

Format:  This course will consist of 2 hours lectures with 8 - 1 hour active learning sessions.

Evaulation:  Term Test 1 - 30%; Term Test 2 - 30%; Final Exam 30%; on-line quizzes/assignments - 10%
