The Department of Physiology sets up individual mentorship committees (3 senior faculty) for incoming Faculty. This committee provides academic mentorship and support (normally meeting annually) as incoming Faculty engage in grant writing, general career development, promotions and tenure. It is anticipated that the group should meet at least annually, though additional meetings are arranged in the first years of appointment.
